Investment Focus

Our investment focus is on professional service enterprises ranging from small to medium in scale, including but not limited to domains such as accounting and reporting, payroll and human resources, staff leasing, recruitment, IT and SEO support, business development, translation, professional educaton and legal services.

We are usually interested in businesses of a small to medium size, characterized by an annual revenue of up to 1 million euros and a minimum annual operating cash flow of 100,000 euros.

​The valuation of potential sales is market-driven.

Multiples typically range from 1 to 3 times EBITDA.

​We maintain an exclusive interest in acquiring 20-80% stakes (or 100% stakes with the seller maintaining a different interest) and are open to discussing both asset and share deal transactions.
